im an athlete who does 400mh and was waondering would i benefit from having to train both in the morning and evening. where i do long running in the morning along with hills and the evening either weights or hurdle drills. give your take on this.

split the weithts up..if u gonna train 2x/day..do drills in da morning and ya workout later on
