Tuesday 11: core and med ball
Wednesday 12: hurdles and light upper body weights
Thursday 13: ext. tempo
Friday 14: intensive tempo and lower weights
Saturday 15:extensive tempo

Tuesday 18: core

Friday Saturday Sunday:
With new residents moving in I had alot of work to do and technically was not supposed to go out of the vicinity of housing in case I was needed, but I snuck away and did a short ext. Tempo workoput on friday. Other than that I did alot of active rest, I have alot of sports people in my building so I can almost always find someone who is up for a game of beach volleyball or pickup basketball.
Monday: Thinking that my first class, gymnastics, which I was going to do for my PV, was from 7:30-8:50 in the morning, I woke up at ten till seven, grabbed a to-go breakfast from the cafeteria, and ran over to the gymnastics facility, which is about a mile away. Of course no one is there. Then I realized a mistake I have made many times before, just because I am a morning person doesn't mean that everything is in the morning, so the class was being held at night. Im going to have to drop it, which kind of makes me mad, I think it was going to be alot of fun.

my calendar days are all messed up ignore them until tomorrow
