The story as it goes, last season I pulled my hamstring - came over that - the febuary after the AAAs my back started to play up - then in may after my counties my hamstring was playin up again - middle of june I couldnt do anythin - went to my physio and I have a grade2 hamstring tear - so season was cut short big time.

If any1 on here wouldnt mind, I need alot of advice for gettin back and when Im finally back I will need a coach as I have left mine.
Any help with weight training especially.
Next season I want to jus have a solid season and hopefully get some PBs.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

You are all Champions in your own way. That doesn't mean you have to be number 1 or be the best. Just do your best. If you aren't first, then make those people ahead of you break records by pushing them with your personal best. Consider for a moment what we achieve from athletics - the sheer fun of competing - the building of a healthy and alert mind and body - stamina, courage, perseverance, dedication, commitment, selflessness and most importantly, the will to excel.

What kind of training are you doing now or have done in the past....that's always a start.  You're showing improvement so it may be more of a health issue than a training issue.

Been doing this for 3 seasons, 1st season was jus basics of every event then past 2 seasons has been 400m work
But its mainly been speed endurance and endurance. So as you can guess by my 100m PB (11.8) I have a very poor speed base.

As of, well end of july Ive started to do some circuit training and when my hamstring can cope I will do some fartlek work.

Do you need any other info?
