S/L Pogo Jumps-1"-2x20/leg-12.4/R,13.1/L
Prime Times-3x20yds
Fly 10yds-1.12,1.09,1.09

Conditioning-90% intensity
3x20yds-3.1, 3.2, 3.2-30sec rest
3x40yds-5.6, 5.7, 5.6-60sec rest
3x60yds-7.9, 7.9, 7.9-90sec rest

i understand that, but why all the diff squats??

1: Explosive Box Squat-6x2 135#

The system is well laid out, totally comprehensive, and just a little bit daunting when you first get into it. There's nothing wrong with the system itself and the terminology, which usually gets harped on, actually makes discussing training easier once you've learned it.
