How do you count your GS work...time doing it?  # of circuits, exercises, reps completed?  Do you have a conversion of GS work to tempo?

I don't know that I personally ever "quantify" GS work in the sense that I may do with Oly Lifts (sets per week or micro), Acc Dev (meters), or tempo (meters).....  With GS i normally look at it as "basic" or "advanced", "core", postural, spinal, or fascial.

I'm similar to Kebba. I don't try to make an exact equivalency for GS with tempo or any other work. I tend to clasify based on the specific demand of the mode and insert in the training plan where I feel that training stimulus is most needed. A really general equivalency that seems to work well is time. For example, I'll send my long sprinters out on an extensive tempo workout and have my short sprinters do a GS or MB circuit that lasts about the same length of total time as the extensive tempo workout.

They are excellent!  Well worth the price in my opinion.  I have all 3 discs (but one of them was faulty so I'm awaiting a replacement).  Maybe you could email and ask about the DVD compatibility concern.

Can you go into more details bout these dvd’s, how would they compare to cf gpp and van dvd’s?
