Are there any track and field books you highly recommend?
In particular, anything to do with sprints (up-to and including 800m), decathlon, and linear jumps particularly training, and also stats). Biographies as well?
But really, any good track and field books I should get (they don't have to meet the requirements above, ie can be about the throws)?
