Elitetrack: Sport Training & Conditioning

I saw this advertised on Google and I would like to if anyone has tried this program or know anyone that has… If so can you give a review… does it really work?

Looks like a lot of hype packaged well with the key words people look for.  If you really dont have a clue on how to train this may be what you are looking for.
