Here was a reply to my post that typifies the head in the sand approach of the contemporary sheep walkers. It is a classic error in communication in that it is not what I write, it is what you read.  Vern are you serious this man doesn't get it, there are to many variables to just blast the lifts. Vern is currently is the Director of Gambetta Sports Training Systems. He has been the a conditioning coach for several teams in Major League Soccer as well as the conditioning consultant to the US Men’s World Cup Soccer team.
