Although Elitetrack is the best source on the net for training and conditioning related info wink there are plenty of other great resources out there that get the Elitetrack seal of approval of being science-based, coach proven techniques and training related advice. I think that the Canadian Athletics Coaching Centre's page is pretty good.  It also has entire articles available and some pretty good interviews as well.

Agreed.  The new Al Oerter is pretty interesting.
