Things are going well. I’ve just been doing general strength work, working on some areas that I think I have problems with like upperbody, but I feel great and don’t feel my hammy injury anymore, thankfully.

Are you during any lower body work or running?  Any plans on running in summer meets?

Oh yeah, I am def doing lower body work as well, but my job has me on my feet all day so some days are lighter than I would want them to be under ideal circumstances. I’m not running any track meets this summer I’ve decided simply because I don’t feel like racing! I just want to lift and do workouts.
