We need some new articles! It’s been a long time since we’ve had a new article and I’m eager for some info… I would like to say that besides the lack of recent articles there are very few flaws with elitetrack and the site is being run well, thanks to Mike.

I agree. In fact I’m kinda embarrassed it’s been so long. For a while I was waiting for the site upgrade….and then I’ve just been too busy to handle it. There will be something up soon. I promise.

Two new articles were added to the database. The first is about the effects of static stretching on sprinting. The second article is about the performance affects of hang clean ability.

Hang clean is key.  Too many people diss it…like referencing it using grammar errors.

Lewis almost certainly has his hands on a 3rd consecutive gold medal…Powell good sprinting speed….oh that is huge!

Two new articles have been added to the article database. The first article examines the acute and long term response to power training. The second article attempts to solve the question of what the optimal load is for squatting.
