What is your typical week for 100/200 training?

I know there are so many successful routes - I thought it would be curious to get some different outlines.  For your experienced runners during the outdoor season.

Mon- Accl/Max Velocity
Tues- SE
Wed- Tempo
Thurs- MV/SE
Fri- Easy
Sat- Meet

What does your week look like?

leaning towards this

W - Int. Tempo >>> Speed Endurance
R - Circuits and/or Ext. Tempo

S - competition

did this last year (but some athletes cannot handle 3 high intensity days)
