short outdoor season

If you guys were working with a team that had a short outdoor season (6weeks) with 4-5 meets how would you guys setup the workouts to try and develop some speed endurance with short time period?

when do the meets happen once a week, what level of competition, what do you already do

meets are once a week.

college level

most of the training have been your typical short to long program, during the indoor season mostly 30m blk starts and 60m blk runs along with jumps, throws, and heavy weights.

How would you expect to ever be competitive have 4 hard days in a row before the meet?
