Since I started with my lj work I have noticeably bettered my technique and a correct exectution of the penultimate step is helping a lot. Until now I have only done 6 step approaches (very relaxed) and noticed that my penultimate step leg gets sore and not the jump leg.
How is this possible? The jump leg is the one that is supposed to do the work, but the other leg is the one that feels the jumping.
