Hi guy’s,
I’m having a problem with my sprint technique and desperately need help. my drive phase is fine, acceleration phase feels fine but then during the transition, max-velocity, deceleration phases everything appears to shake. All i can see is the track moving up and down very fast, vibrating if you will. It’s obvious that this is a technical error i am making but i can not seem to find it. My technique appears correct (according to my coach) it feels wrong to me but i feel like the major aspect’s are correct. This would mean that it is a problem with one or more of the minor aspect’s.
So i thought I’d ask you guys for any idea’s. i realise it will be hard since you can’t see me sprinting but i have no video cam that’s fast enough to capture my feet or legs. I’ve tried every thing i could think of now it’s down to your expertise to help me fix this and get back to enjoying my sprinting.
