i was jumperuk before…
but i think it was me who spoke the lateral movments and injury ect…becuase since i started track ive had so many problems with my ankles, and before i played basketball, soccer etc and i never had any problems. Then i started adding lateral work into some track workouts, and my ankle problems went away and havent come back…
more than a coincidence i think
