I’ve been doing alot of reading on the site about sprinting specifically and have a question:

So I’m a middle infielder on a select baseball team who has a good bat, good glove, however, I don’t have the speed to be looked at to play in the middle at the college level.  I run a 4.2 30 which is decent, 5.15 40 (slow)and 7.6 60(slower)(all in yards).  Does anyone have a program which I can use In-season which will help me increase speed in not only the longer runs but also in my 30 which is the distance to first base and the most important distance in a baseball game?  My schedule looks like this (please also advise me to change my schedule with an exception of the games and practices):

Monday - Full Body Workout (One of the workouts from Defranco’s WSFSBIII Inseason if anyone knows about them)
Tuesday - Baseball Practice
Wednesday - Usually Off but occasional game
Thursday Sprint Work followed by Baseball Practice (light BP)
Friday - Off or Light Recovery Work
Saturday - Game (sometimes 2)
Sunday - Game (sometimes 2)

As well my sprint form is bad.  I read many of the form articles, and believe I have improved (my foot now strikes closer to my COM, I am running more linear than before) however I still have some questions.  Is there anyway I can post a video later and you guys can critique it.

Anyway, thanks for the site, it’s great!  I have yet to see a site with the information and in depth coverage on Track and Field and more specifically in my case sprinting.
