I would like to know if anyone has read barry ross’s article on how allyson felix trained during 2003, and if you have tried this routine or had any opinions on it.

Here’s mine for the past 2 weeks;
Warm-up: Static Stretching, Light weight movements
Bench Press: 4x8; +5 lbs each week
V-Ups w/Dumbbell: 2x15
Power Clean or Deadlift: 3x3
Barbell Rows: 3x10
Box Squat or Lunges: 3x5 or 2x6 ea. leg
Behind the Neck Press: 3x12
Incline Hammer Curls: 2x10
Dumbbell Kickbacks: 2x10
Should I change it up a bit?
Also I would like some suggestions on an offseason track routine for the 100 and 200 events
