I saw a real intriguing exercise the other day that got me thinking about the process I use to include an exercise in a training program. First I ask myself the following question: Is it want to do, nice to do or need to do?  Want to do is not good enough. If it is want to do it goes in the want to do file for future reference. If it is nice or need to do then it must fit in the context of the spo
