I am curious to know if anyone has any suggestions for a good weightlifting routine…to add strength and lean muscle (a little bit of weight but not too too much) I plan on working out 4 days a week in the weight room and 2 days of running with one day off.
I am trying to train for discus and have the goal to throw mid-190’s. I’m 6’8” and 265 right now with my personal best at 160’.
Lifting Exercises, plyos, running, technique suggestions would be great.
