Alright how’s everyone doing?

Anyway i was wondering if everyone could help me by maybe giving me a routine or some sort of way to get back into shape for when the season comes around beginning in early january.

I’ve been running track since 7th grade, I am currently going to be a junior starting the 18th of this month, however: I was kicked off the team in 9th grade because i played baseball and was not allowed to run along with playing, and was ineligible to run last year [my sophmore year] due to a school switch. So its been 2 years since i’ve run track but i have been trying to stay in shape i.e. 4 mile runs, half hour runs, things like that to keep myself in semi good shape, but i work 5 days a week so its been kinda difficult.

I am usually a sprinter, i run 100’s, 200’s, 440 relays and 880 relays. Sadly i don’t remeber my times and haven’t timed myself lately. I’ve been doing heavy squats, calf raises, and leg raises but i don’t feel i’ve been getting into adaquate shape..

help anyone?

if you do 4 mile runs and 1 hour runs i think your in fine enough shape…as for sprinting you would have to do other workouts to help with your speed i think you can find them in the faq section
