A friend of mine who was an elite short hurdler and trained with Kersee for a while said they used to do lots of 800m runs in the fall. She said she couldn’t handle the training load but that there were several that could.
Aside from his wife and obviously the subject, are there or have there been other world class jumpers that proved successful with his complete work package?
