this past sunday I have setm y 60m dash PB from a 8.07 from a year ago to a 7.59 FAT time. This couldn't of happened without the help of all of oyu such asQuickazHell, 400stud, Mike and everybody else on thisforum and other forums for helping me out on my training and giving me new ideas and correcting my faulty ones. dropping my 60 time a half a second is a big thing, and I even almost fell out of my blocks when I ran that too! Can't wait and plan on setting new PB's in the 60 and other events this year. I am now only one tenth of a second slower in the 60 meter dash to my friend who runs a 10.8 in the 100 which makes me really excited about this year;s season. (he ran a 7.46 sunday)

Like I said again THANK YOU SO MUCH for your help! I am forever grateful!

Not a problem.  We're all here to help.  :D

Good time btw.  That's actually about my goal time for the 60m so we'll see how it goes.  Good luck on the rest of your season!

Hey Fabio,

Congrats on the time you ran. Did you do that at Kent? If so I was there too! Will you be at Oberlin meet next weekend?

No I was not in the speed suit. I didn't run in this meet. I was there as a coach. I only had a few frosh running in the meet. My best girls and athletes won't be coming out until they are done with basketball, which is in about another month. Anyway, when is the Mount Union meet? I'd like to go there. And the Oberlin meet is the 24th (next Saturday). They don't have the info up, and I have no idea why. They just sent me the info because we ran there last year. My advice to you would be to just go and be a walk-up entry. The events held will be the 55H, 55m, 200m, 400m as far as sprints are concerned.

Cockysprinter, al it takes is hard work and determination to get better. You gotta want it and go take take it.

Dagov, thanks for the info, i might be doing that depends how far away oberlin is from me (i live in bolivar about 10-15 minutes south of canton) but i'll look into it.
the mount union meet is on February 7th. they have the list of meets on their schedule, they have no time listed though,

what school do you coach at?

I just went to Mount Union's websit and I see they only have a 160m track. NOT good. Anyway, Oberlin is about an hour away from you, give or take. It's due west of Cleveland over by Elyria and that area.

My indoor schedule looks like this.
Oberlin College - 1/24
Perry H.S. - 2/20
Kent State U. - 3/6
U. of Findlay - 3/20
