I am in Australia and I am very interested in the success of UK female MD and Distance runners.
Radcliffe is a legend and i like many wonder about the technical details of what she has done in training.
Just tonight i noticed a brilliant 8:33 3000m by Jo Fenn
Can anyone enlighten us about the training programs of any of these athletes.

hi there, could it have possibly been jo pavey, she just broke the british indoor 3000m record last night in birmingham. jo fenn ran the 1000m against mutola and holmes, mutola cliped holmes and fell in the last 200 holmes broke a national record also. fenn also ran within the old 1000m record.

I meant Jo Pavey with the 3000m but must have also just read abt Jo Fenn. All of them have done brilliantly.

yes, jo fenn had the old 1000 record, an she ran almost four seconds inside it yesterday but such is the class of holmes she came second, theres been alot in athletics weekly ( i dont suppose you have that over there) over the years about pavey, its all starting to click for here which is great.
