Considering the CN Tower pic I’d imagine Carl is going to Toronto which is a mecca for therapists:
Mark Lindsay - Chiro/ART guy who worked with Dan Pfaff and Donovan Bailey leading into his Atlanta victory.  Amazing guy, he can work miracles definately one of the best therapists in the world.
Jeremy Graham - Massage - tends to put alot of emphasis on fascial work.  Amazing hands
Alejandro Elorriaga Claraco - Accupuncturist
Tony Galea - Sports Medicine Doctor
Mark Scapaticci - Chiro/ART
Dr Mascia - radiology doctor, works with Galea
Dr Bell - Chiro/ART

I’m sure there are plenty of others that I missed
