well im back from rehabbing a broken wrist...a pulled groin.. and a pulled hamstring...but nonetheless college track has been great. here are two slow motion block starts from practice last week. any thoughts or comments? this block start lead to a 6.66 fat and im trying to get down to 6.47 in 5 weeks to qualify for the d3 national meet as i start to peak.\

If you can dream – and not make dreams your master;
If you can think – and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with triumph and disaster
And treat those two imposters just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to broken,
And stoop and build ‘em up with wornout tools…
