Carl,  no level 3 this summer

And as for the sprint speakers Da Gov., I think you can rest easy as they are both knowledgeable, highly successful and should be worth the trip.

DaGov-
Dennis Shaver is the womens sprints and hurdles coach at LSU. He's coached a TON of NCAA champs in both the sprints and hurdles including muna lee, lolo jones, peta-gay dowdie and joyce bates.

Gary Winkler is a likewise great coach and teacher who has coached numerous hurdle national and olympic champions.

As Dave said, you won't be disappointed with them.

Dave-
Between you ("the great John Nash" ) and KT (yoda) this board has all the brains it could possibly handle.

For the summer Level IIs I believe somewhere in the neighborhood of 300+ people will show up. Also, it would probably be best to think of it as a school (complete with a curriculum, studying, and test taking) rather than a clinic.

Well I'm not certified at all. Do I need to be certified at Level I before I do Level II. What do I need to do to prepare?

Yeah you do need to be certified at Level I first.  Go to the USATF website and check up on the Level I classes and they have a list of recommended readings to accomplish prior to attending the Level I class.

While not attending in person (13 days in Sac will be enough track for a while) I am sending my proxy.
The Mrs. will be taking her first Level II.
Dont worry, I have alreday begun de-programming all the mis-infornation I have given her over the years so she can learn the correct, cutting edge stuff from you and the other experts.
