Hey everybody. I really don’t have much of a background, was kind of into sports as a kid and liked to run but the last few years I haven’t done much. This year however I got into parkour and ran track and had a blast. It’s got me into a different mindset and changed my life. I want to improve the best I can and I have this crazy goal of a 40 inch vertical by the end of the year and I’m going to do whatever I can to make it. Recently started lifting and aiming for a 300 lb squat before I start to add some plyo back into the mix.

A little more info about me:
17 years old
6’ 2 3/4”

165 lbs

This is what my week is like

Monday: weights

Tuesday: light sprinting and bodyweight training

Wednesday: weights

Thursday: light sprinting and bodyweight training

Friday: weights

Saturday: practice parkour.

Sunday: rest.

Gonna be that way for about a month or so.
