Training journal guidelines:
1. The name of your training journal should start with your name to help with organization. For example, my training journal would be called "Mike's training journal."
2. Please keep posts in your training journals on the topic of your training and ideas, suggestions, and questions related to it.
3. Only post in this forum if you intend on continually updating your training journal for others to see. If you only intend on posting your current week or asking a specific question, this is not the appropriate forum to post in.
4. It's highly recommended that you give an informative background on yourself, your goals, your PRs, and your training history prior to posting about your training.
