Earlier this summer, I had the pleasure of teaching?my 2 day workshop in England thanks to Proformance Strength & Conditioning.?It was a fantastic 2 days of lecture and hands on learning where I was able to share my own training philosophies on speed and power development as well as pick the brains of?some of the world?class coaches in attendance. There were multiple representatives?from 3 national team Rugby staffs and from multiple Premiership rugby and soccer (football) coaches. Because space was limited at the workshop and spots quickly sold out, there was considerable demand for a video of the workshop.?I lectured for almost 16?hours over the two days and the?entire course was videoed. ?We intend to release that video?for download shortly but in the meantime here is a teaser of the workshop.
