Here's a recent press release on up-and-coming sprinter, Leonard Scott, from HSI:
Leonard Scott ran a very impressive 100m race last Saturday to move him up to 2nd in the IAAF World Rankings. Leonard had been working intensely with Coach John Smith to mentally prepare for the race. They focused on not repeating mistakes made in previous races. The World Athletics Final that took place in Stuttgart, Germany was a close one. Leonard ran a 9.91s amongst a very talented field, finishing second only to #1 ranked Asafa Powell. Only .02s separated the two superstars, and marked Leonard’s new personal best, an improvement upon last season’s 9.94s.
Leonard commented, “First and foremost, I want to thank the man up above, God, and thank my HSI staff for being with me from the bottom until now because without them I would not be where I am now. I want to thank Emanuel Hudson and John Smith for believing in me and my vision. This is just the beginning of a great story. I am looking forward to finishing this season strong and to another great season. Let the games begin.”
