You must beconstantly on the hunt for ideas and concepts that will make youbetter. To get ideas you must go outside your field, broaden yourinterests. Read everything you can. Leave no stone unturned. Talk tocoaches in a variety of sports. I am learning a ton each day from thevolleyball coach I am working with. His drills are creative and have apurpose. Read blogs in other fields. Diversify, be a generalist. Thepursuit of excellence is an ongoing process that has its own rewards.
