For those of you who have never had the opportunity to learn from Coach Pfaff you are missing out. He is one of the most well-rounded coaches in the world and his expertise covers not only a variety of events in track and field but also a wide variety of disciplines. Here’s a 5 minute snippet from one of his lectures at the recent 2008 National Podium Project in Las Vegas. I taped 3 lectures and will post snippets of these lectures over the next month or so. Enjoy.

Special thanks to Dan Pfaff for allowing me to post these videos.
