Last summer while in Turku (Finland) I took the Viking Line cruise boat, from Stockholm to Helsinki, I sat in a sports bar on the ship and watched an hour worth of Javelin on TV believe it or not. Yes, I was at a sports bar watching javelin, something you will never see in America. While I don’t think everything on Tero’s video series should be done with everyone, it’s impressive to see what people can do. The training would scare most Americans but look at the power and technique before you judge what is wrong. The great thing about observing other programs is that you can cherry pick a lot of what you want into your program when ready.
