I think we are noticing a trend of those with a media ‘presence’. I don’t think this is the case the world over, but here in the Western world, we like our media and our media (specifically the internet) does definitely seem to be going this direction. -Aaron Schwenzfeier
I realize many here don’t have much time to read all the blogs about training and conditioning so I will share what I think is a very informative interview. Located on Bret Contreras’s blog, it’s a great read. We need more interviews like this, less about hype and more about substance. I have had the pleasure of meeting Aaron and he is an honest guy and down to earth. Bret has had some good posts and is trying to get the profession back to sane discussions and his blog is a great resource.
