I like the youtube collection of plyometrics by Simon Hunt. The technique is very good and his website has a lot of good content. Instead of seeing ego based plyos of people trying to jump onto boxes that are too high and look like they are trying to punch their knees into their chins, its refreshing to see more precision and quality based jumping. It’s sad I have to watch private videos or european video channels instead of the bro-style show off montages with cliche rap here in the states, but instead of complaining it’s best to share what is good out there.
