Due to the overwhelming requests for the Sprinting and Hurdling book written by Ralph Mann, Elitetrack.com will be offering sales of his latest edition through the HPC store in the next few weeks. In addition to the book, Elitetrack.com will provide a complimentary checklist (compiled by numerous coaches) for block starts with each order , one derived by 6 different summaries of six USATF Level 3 Schools as well as countless coaches and Sprint and Hurdle Conferences. The checklist includes perhaps the best table of every adjustment on blocks, body positions, and testing information. The price will be normal retail plus normal shipping costs for the domestic orders and international orders is yet to be figured out. We are likely to be doing a low order frequency, meaning each batch of orders is first come first serve. Feel free to contact me via PM for your reservation.
