After talking to a few coaches, we decided to share some of the best information on sports medicine that is both practical and evidence based. Many coaches were frankly getting frustrated with the current north american model of sports medicine and the limitations of insurance. With case studies of real medalists and world class therapists and coaches and detailed firsthand accounts of what was done, we know have an outline or model of what is possible. Included is also a full resource of quality research and suggested texts for more education. The video will be available after the Superbowl and February and the compendium of modalities will be uploaded to the Athletic Athenæum for those that have an iPad.
