Another video with training clips from the Olympic Development group (HPC Elite). Again, these are uncensored and unedited so feel free to critique or ask questions and I’ll try to follow up with why we’re doing what we’re doing and what I’m working on with each athlete. The context of this session is that it was the 2nd consecutive hard day (due to weather) in the first microcycle of a pre-comp / competition training cycle. Also, note that this is Jade Ellis’s first full approach long jump work since rupturing his Achilles almost exactly 1 year ago.
