Without a doubt, this year’s BSMPG will be the best yet, and if you are thinking about going east this summer, try Boston. Art Horne has done an amazing job finalizing some of the best coaches in the nation and also has lined up some great therapists. If you are a coach or sports medicine professional, this conference will be the crown jewel this June. Unlike many conferences that turn into personal training conventions within a few years, the BSMPG is a true professional gathering. If you are a track coach, don’t look at the speakers and pigeonhole them. Many of them have been involved in other sports, and Jim Snider is a prime example of a coach that sticks to his principles and not compromising sport science for glitz. Boston is perfect in early June and start marking your calendar for June 3rd and 4th for a trip that you will learn a lot from.
