Thanks to the commitment of Gabe Sanders and Matt Gardner, I will be passing the torch of blogging for elitetrack.com to those two coaches starting today. Blogging is a change to warm-up the brain for coaching later on and I am excited to see what those two coaches have to say each week. In addition to Gabe and Matt, elitetrack member Ryan Banta has offered his help contributing. I am going to finish up some unfinished business and complete my level III project this spring. My hope is that other people will contribute in commenting their thoughts on Track and Field and sports performance. We have had over a 100,000 readers over the years while blogging on this page, and perhaps ten times that in terms of unique visitors. My hope is that the site grows with more interaction and more articles on coaching, sports medicine, and sport science.
