Another video in this continuing series following my Olympic development training group (HPC Elite). The video is uncensored and unedited so feel free to critique or ask questions and I’ll try to follow up with why we’re doing what we’re doing and what I’m working on with each athlete. This session took place on August 31st, 2011. This particular day was a test day in which we tested the 30m, Overhead Back Throw, Between the Legs Forward Throw and squat max (or predicted). As you’ll be able to see, we’re using the FreeLap timing system for all the 30m sprints. It’s become our day to day timer for the track group.
