I was going through some old blog pictures from 2003 and stumbled upon this photo from my post about the dangers of blood doping. Giving blood is a wonderful way to help others. I am Type O negative and donate blood when I can. The Mayo Clinic shares that you can donate every 56 days. If you are able to donate, stop by your local hospital or Red Cross as they are always in short supply. As soon as the Holidays approach they will be in even greater shortage and could benefit from your generosity. Enjoy your Halloween.
