In a recent Skype session with one researcher, we were discussing the new methodology with handling injuries acutely to the posterior thigh. With Miles Austin getting two acute hamstring pulls, after being prepared by acclaimed coaches Mike Woicik and Joe Defranco, what is Dallas going to do? This stuff happens to all of us. Every great coach in track and field has deal with the hamstring pull, since bodies are pushing new limits. Track coaches have it harder since you can’t compete at 90%, and you must be at your best potential to be completive. You can’t be guile or crafty, you must perform. I decided to include my presentation from the 2011 Windsprint Seminar in Sundsvall Sweden in pdf slide form. You can download it here.
