Kubiak said the team was bringing in a specialist from Indianapolis to evaluate Schaub, and the quarterback would fly to Charlotte, N.C., later this week to undergo further examination.

One pundit stated why talk about feet in a discussion on training methods. Currently barefoot training and more focus on forces coming from the ground are gaining popularity for good reason. The first contact the body has in motion on the ground is with the feet, and the forces move up the kinetic chain. Coaches that work with high velocity athletes talk about fast feet for good reason, as a relationship exists. I am not sure if Houston is sending their QB to Dr. Porter, who edited Complex Injuries of the Foot and Ankle, but from my best bet he will need to ensure a complete rehab is done or additional problems will surface down the road.
