100m Dash- Art and Science Notes

I thought people would like the PDF notes found here on my presentation. Now that I am 25% done with my coaching career, it made sense to collect all the good information I got from coaches from the past. Included are some thoughts on monitoring, something that has helped me understand the limits of what we truly know. I hate presenting, but feel it’s my obligation to share what some very generous coaches have shared to me. Tom Tellez sat down with me, an average joe, for two hours without asking for anything but my attention. I don’t plan on doing anything next year besides two or three clinics but sharing is important and I am sure the slides will create some dialogue. You can download them here an remember to refer to them by their slide number if you have some comments. Many of the slides are from my earlier presentations, but a few have been updated.
