Jimson Lee traveled to Orlando and got some great video on some of the best coaches in the US, and shared them on speedendurance.com. I really liked to see what Dennis and Brooks are doing as I am learning more about how hurdlers are finding ways to get better. Orlando is a mecca for sprinters and I am excited to see what other interviews are going to be up on the website. One aspect of the 110m is adding the 5.5 second time segment to elite hurdler’s 60m time to project their indoor performances. Brooks Johnson has coached for 50 years and has had had an athlete in the Olympics since 1960! No stranger to success, Dennis Mitchell is quietly getting some great results with his own stable of athletes in Orlando. Everyone does things differently and it’s nice to pick up a few good ideas from different coaches.
