Some great wisdom here and I suggest watching all of the videos. Dan is a great educator and I am excited to see what he is up to with some of the athletes he is working with. I wish it was that easy to pick up a motor learning book and speak about it on a blog, but cueing is far more art than science now. Like the FMS having a lot of pros and cons, I think we need more honest and candid discussions of what works. With all of the cue masters why do cleans look like reverse curls with the back? Athletes are often very individualized and need very targeted solutions that are not conveniently put into buckets or other nonsense gurus are talking about.
