What’s the best performance resource I have seen in the last few years? The Kinetics Manual from Neil Baroody, a young track coach from New Hampshire who is visiting some amazing people. He is providing the resource on his blog as it is one of the most in depth sports performance material I have seen yet. He is lucky to have met some great people already, such as his first sit down with Andreas Behm and other top coaching and medical talents. Already he has traveled to different cities to learn some of the best methods in training, recovery, and regeneration. It reads like a detective novel and has information that only a handful of people have access to. He started his campaign in January and has learned from various conferences and educational materials and his manual is a must read! If you are truly interested in a copy it’s 180 pages of detailed notes and figures. If you are serious in getting the best information I highly recommend Neil’s work.
