If you read blogs and research as much as I do everyone has an opinion on cold therapy. I will be very frank to say that those that talk about doing stuff without personal data to back up claims are sport science fiction writers, and we need documentaries. I am working with a few athletes that have trained with some big names and it’s time to release details of what went wrong and why. I will not pull punches here and get to the specifics of what works and what is just hype. My entire internship section is now in the Kinetics Manual, a crowdfunded project thanks to some great coaches. It’s going to be released the third week of August and I suggest picking up a copy today. Included is some amazing content from all over the globe from the best people in sports medicine and sports performance. Here are some example pages HERE and you can get order at Neil Baroody’s blog.
